This bread is a symphony of simplicity and flavor. Made with organic white flour, water, salt, and our carefully nurtured sourdough culture, it undergoes a 24-hour fermentation process. This patient approach results in a loaf with a crisp, golden crust and a tender, airy interior. The natural fermentation enhances the bioavailability of nutrients, making this not just a delicious bread but a nutritious one, too. This loaf is a versatile staple for any table, perfect for sandwiches or enjoyed with a spread of butter.

Ingredients: Organic Unbleached White Wheat Flour, Water, Sea Salt

Our Cranberry Pecan Sourdough is a harmonious blend of tangy sourdough, sweet-tart cranberries, and buttery pecans. We begin with our signature sourdough base, allowing it to ferment for over 20 hours to develop its distinct flavor and digestibility. Then, we carefully fold in a generous amount of plump, juicy cranberries and crunchy pecans. The result is a bread that’s not only a feast for the senses but also packed with antioxidants from the cranberries and heart-healthy fats from the pecans. Each slice is a perfect balance of flavors and textures, making it ideal for toast, sandwiches, or as an accompaniment to your favorite cheese board.

Our Cinnamon Apple Challah takes the beloved traditional challah to new heights of flavor. We begin with our classic challah dough, enriched with eggs, honey, and a touch of olive oil. Then, we infuse it with fragrant cinnamon and fold in plump, juicy apples. As the dough slowly rises, the cinnamon permeates every strand, creating a warm, comforting aroma.

Our classic challah dough, enriched with eggs and honey, then generously topped with organic poppy seeds. Each hand-rolled and carefully shaped roll has a tender, pillowy interior and a beautifully bronzed crust.

Ingredients: Organic all purpose flour, filtered water, organic eggs, olive oil, organic poppy seeds, yeast, salt, organic cane sugar, organic vanilla extract, almonds and/or walnuts
